Montgo Nautal ParkItem Link List Item 1
This is a good walk to do for great views of Denia. You can walk or drive to the start of the walk at the hermits church then do a well marked and fully accessible walk around a good part of the hill. You can choose to do a completely circular walk over tge summit and you can also detour to some of the caves or you can take a more leisurely stroll and just take in the views.
-
Denia castle and Archaeological MuseumItem Link List Item 2
For just €3 (or €2 for pensioners), this comprehensive castle complex is excellent value for money. The visitor can easily spend a couple of hours exploring within, with the added bonus of its elevated position providing superb open views of the seaside town of Denia and its vast marina. There is also a café inside the complex, where one can relax and enjoy the ambience!
-
Marinas BeachItem Link List Item 3
Marinas Beach stretches for miles, between Denia and Els Poblets. It's very popular with families, picnickers and dog-walkers and there are several cafés and restaurants to pause at, for a drink or a meal whilst enjoying the sea view.
-
Via verdeItem Link List Item 4
This is a dedicated greenway that's easily accessed from Dénia. We rented bikes from Ring-Ring in town, and had a great ride - the path is flat and well-maintained. You can keep going at the end if you like!
-
Tallada caveItem Link
Quite a challenging walk to this amazing place but definitely worth a visit. You can also get a kayak.
-
Toy MuseumItem Link
Lovely little toy museum. Spent an hour there, information is in Spanish although English leaflet is available at the entrance. A basic language level would help.
Variety of toys, metal and wooden , from home play, pedal cars and old fashioned table games.
One room, displays ceramic sculptures /games and models from local artists.
Well with a visit, whether you have children with you or not.
